By creating an account or using InviteCraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
InviteCraft provides a software platform to create, customise, publish, and host digital wedding invitation websites. Features include curated themes, a content editor, live preview, RSVP tools, media uploads, and optional AI-assisted import from existing invitation materials. We may update or improve features over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Credits and publishing
- Designing an invitation is free. Publishing deducts credits from your account; the cost of each design is shown before you publish.
- New accounts receive welcome credits once the email address is verified. Credits can be bought in packs, earned through referrals or added with a coupon; purchased credits never expire.
- Each paid publish is tied to the invitation and the theme selected. Republishing the same invitation after edits is free.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to applicable payment provider terms.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of text, images, videos, and other materials you upload. You confirm you have the rights to use and publish that content. You grant InviteCraft a limited licence to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service (preview, publish, RSVP collection).
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates others' privacy.
Published invitations
When you publish, your invitation becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the URL you share. You control what information appears on your site. Guest RSVP submissions are collected on your behalf and made available in your dashboard.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach security or access other users' accounts or data
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
- Overload or disrupt our systems
- Reverse-engineer or resell the platform except as expressly permitted
Intellectual property
InviteCraft themes, software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. Publishing grants you a licence to use the selected theme for your invitation as intended by the product.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify the service, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. InviteCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends; published sites may be taken offline.
